Hi Listmates,

There is a bakery in Orland Park called The Breadsmith, 9044 W. 159th St.,
phone number 708-460-6061.

They bake GF bread every Wednesday. You must call in your order on
Tuesday. Every week they bake a plain white, and one other choice, which
varies from cranberry, orange, lemon.

Response has been so great that starting in August, they will also be
baking GF muffins!

I have not tried the GF products, but hear that they are very good from
others who have.

I have no financial interest in this bakery, just thought I would share the
info.

Bon Appetit!

Barbara in Illinois
