Just wanted to let everyone know, I just got off the phone with a
representative of Signature Brands.  They make the cake decorating items
you see in the food store by (Betty Crocker, Cake Mate & PAAS)  She told me
all the products they make are GLUTEN-FREE!!  The starch they use is Corn
Starch (color icing to write with, sprinkles, food coloring, etc)  You can

This is very exciting news, as I am making a cake for my son's 5th birthday
this weekend.  He has been asking about those dots & sprinkles for a very
long time.  I'm so glad I found out just in time.
