I know it is rather common for most of us to put on a few pounds after we get going on the GF diet, but I DON'T WANT TO! My jeans are getting a little tight and I am getting worried. I have already cut out 75% for the baked goods and breads that are so high in calories. I exercise some, but not enough I know. This is one thing I will have to change. I am looking for some suggestions as to what other member do to keep their weight down. Care to share?
Ps. Mom and Wendy if you are reading this... I know I am not "fat" so I don't need any lectures from you two!
