I know the subject may sound vague.  We're taking a long road trip.  We'll be going up the coast of California, starting north of San Francisco.   We will also be traveling to Oregon, Washington & Vancouver.  I was lucky enough to find a lot of info on these 3 places.  If anyone has anything recent to add, I would be most grateful.

What I'm most concerned with is the northern coast of Calif.  I'm not familiar with any of the cities along the way, so wouldn't be able to mention them.  What I'm asking is if any one knows of a very gluten-free friendly restaurant along that route, please let me know.
