Hello everyone,
Just a note to let you know that I ordered and used the Dakota Lakes
GF Gourmet coating mix and it is great! It is slightly spicy but good. It
also stays on, no falling off in the pan. I've only tried it on chicken so
far but will also try it on fish and shrimp. Their web site is:
  www.dakota-lakes.com
I also tried Made by Mona's new bread mix, the Milk & Honey Brown
Bread. It is also very good. A dense bread but not too heavy, it holds up
well and has a great whole grain taste. I also like her Cinco de Breggo
bread mix. Her web site is: www.madebymona.com
