Hi,

I will be vacationing in Cancun in May.  Can anyone recommend any restuarants
where it might be easiest for me to get GF food?  I found a couple of Spanish
language statements on-line to show at restaurants but would welcome any tips
or other cards for this too.  Are there any Mexican customs involved in making
these requests politely?

I would also appreciate any tour recommendations (this is my second trip there).
