Hi there!
I go to a store that puts little yellow signs up under items that are
gluten free. Nice...helpful - but I still read everything anyway. I
have been seeing them mark things as gluten free that have Brown rice
syrup in it, and malt syrup sometimes as well.
However, in all of the reading I have done - I could swear I have read
that Brown Rice Syrup is something to stay away from (having CD).
Is this true? Or am I avoiding somethings that I don't need to just
because of brown rice syrup. Also - what about malt syrup? Again
thinking 'malt' I have been staying away from that as well.
