Maybe I am jumping the gun here, but I am just recovering from an
episode.  I haven't been able to eat  for a week today.  Am slowly
adding broth, jello.  Dr. advised colon is sleeping now so am trying to
get it going again.  I usually take a fiber supplement.  I took one just
now. Fiber Choice. Alto I usually use the sugar free. I took the
regular, THEN I noticed the ingredient as Fuctan (a natural vegetable
fiber). I called the number listed, but of course they are closed on
Saturday.. Am I in trouble, anyone know
