I hope this doesn't sound like a dumb question, but here goes.
I have been gluten free for around 14 months, I have not had diarrhea in
all that time, on Monday I got up feeling lousy with pain and diarrhea, I
called some companies of things I had eaten and their status was still GF,
now the question, along with the stomach problems, can a reaction to gluten
make you feel like you have the flu, headache, and have no energy? I am
trying to figure out if I ate gluten, or just caught a virus. I haven't
felt like this since going on the diet. I still feel bad and it has been 3
days, I have been eating light and drinking lots of water.
