Hi Listmates!

Has anyone had any problems with allergic (not gluten)
reactions to Mr. Spice's - Gluten Free Sweet & Sour
Sauce?!  I tried it for the first time a few weeks ago
and within 24 hours I ended up in the emergency room
with hives ALL OVER.  I have other food allergies
(worst: beef & eggs as well as others) which result in
an anaphylaxis response....but never before have I had
a "hives" reaction.  Please let me know if you have
had an experience like this before and "might" know
what causes it (the ingredients look ok to me - so, I
cannot figure out what caused the reaction).  The
emergency room doctor said Chinese food is almost
always a culprit - but since I have to use a
gluten-free substitute....we don't have many options.
So, that brings me to my second question....are there
any other good substitutes or another good company
that offers a sweet & sour sauce?!
