I get emails from this website regarding product recalls and find it's food
allergy recalls a good site for all of us to either check often or sign up
for the emails on it.

the site for wheat/gluten recalls is
http://www.safetyalerts.com/rcls/category/alrgy.htm#wht

It's important to note reading this that many of these are for accidental
possible cross contamination or ingredient mistakes meaning that they are
limited to only the batchs that are indicated, but the 'undeclared allergen'
ones to me are huge red flags...does this mean they will contain gluten in
future and didn't get the packages labeled before putting on store shelves,
or is this another legalise way of admiting they messed up like the ones
above? I rarely get the gluten recall emails but as I've signed up for most
of the recall catagories I get mail several times a week and it looks like a
well done saftey website.

Also reading over this was wondering if jellybelly's are safe..and searched
and found this on www.jellybelly.com

9. How many calories are in a single Jelly Belly bean?

There are 4 calories per bean, or about 100 calories per single serving (25
beans). They have zero fat. Jelly Belly beans offer a satisfying burst of
flavor for a modest calorie investment. They are also certified Kosher and
are gluten and dairy free.
