I would like to thank everyone that responded to me. I got a lot of good
suggestions and some answers that I was looking for. Most people
reccommended low carb diets and to cut out pasta, bread and rice.
I also received suggestions for 2 books. 1. 8 Minutes in the morning by
Jorge Cruise and 2. The Perricone Perscription diet, by Nicholas Perricone
M.D.
Other suggestions were to walk and do aerobic exercises. A lot of people
suggested Weight Watchers and Atkins. I hope this is helpful.
