Here's a suggestion for those of you looking for a preschool for your celiac
child. (I'm talking about a 2 or 3 day program not all day child care) In
talking to a few different schools, one of the schools I talked with does
not have the parents bring in the snack everyday. The school has a monthly
snack schedule. So they can provide that to me. Some of the days my son can
have the snack. But at least I know what the snack is so I can make or send
something comparable. When the parents make the snack, there would be no way
for me to know what was coming in that day. Also, this school seemed so
knowledgeable about allergies. Really willing to work with me. Very
different than the other schools that I talked with. I'll have to drive
about 15 minutes further, but well worth it.

American Candy Company -I bought Mickey Mouse Luv pops, called the company
they are GF. Very cute for Vaentines day. I bought them at Walmart.
