I got my answer. Thank you Glenda. The red beans and rice were
delicious!! On my package, however, there was only a local number for
Texas. The list may be slower, but it's also cheaper. =) Thanks again, Jessica

I called and the gent immediately knew what I was talking about.
Seems the Black Beans & Rice, Red B&R, Pinto B&R, and Chili are gluten-free.

HOWEVER, the Southwestern, Jumbalaya, Gumbo, and Bread Pudding (of course)
are not.

Seems these three savory dishes contain soy sauce (presumably under the
guise of spices?????????). I'm waiting for time to take this to task, as it
seems very improper.

Meanwhile, the Black Beans & Rice were superb and I intend to enjoy their GF
products again.

Good luck. Next time, get your answers quicker by telephoning. It is
immediately gratifying to talk to someone who is aware of celiac/gluten
and gives you your answer on the spot!

Good Health & Good Eating!!
