Thank you everybody who contacted me regarding my request for Oat Matzah.
The website is www.oatmatzah.com.  It has a list of retailers in the US who
will be carrying the product or you can order directly from the UK.  One of
the names listed, Karen Beleck, will also ship.

The product was tested to be gluten-free at a testing level of 50 ppm.
There is a lot of specific info on the website.
