HELP! I have been GF for over 3 years and have heard time and time again
about how everyone gains weight on this diet. I, on the other hand, am
wasting away to nothing. I am 30 years old, am 5 feet tall(or short!!), and
as of yesterday, weigh 81 pounds!!! I normally weigh around 105 pounds. As
I began to get sick a few years ago, I got down to 78 pounds before they
diagnosed me. I went back up to about 93 and am now slipping again. Lactose
kills me, so I can't pack on the milkshake pounds, and I eat kinnikinnick
junk food like crazy to try to gain weight, but I just can't. I'm starting
to get concerned again. Can anyone relate to this or help me find something
to help me put on a few pounds? I still have BM issues due to colitis, but I
am totally GF. I just think that everything still goes right through me.
Any help would be appreciated!
Michelle
