Good news. I spoke to the makers of Casual Gormet and they indicated
that all their  stuffed sausages are gluten-free. You can find these at
many health food stores in the refrigerated section. To boot, the owner
of the company has Celiac, so there's no need to second guess. He said
some flavors do have cheese in the ingrediants however, but it's listed.
