This is the response I got from Glutino when I questioned why a breadstick
product on their website was listed ast not 100% gluten free.

Hi Linda, Thank you for contacting us at Glutino!  Not to worry, all of
our Glutino, Dr Schar, Bi Aglut & Glutafin products are strictly 100%
Gluten Free!  We do carry 3 products made for children with a protein
disorder that are spherically indicated not 100% Gluten Free, they would
be listed under the "Aproten" brand name.
