First off...thanks to all that responded!!! I had a ton of responses!!

Here are a few.  A lot of people said that Swanson Chicken broth is GF
(except for the seasoned one).  One person said they made their Cream of
mushroom soup with the white sauce recipe on corn starch boxes, liquid from
a can of mushrooms and chopped up the mushrooms in it!!
