I just wanted to let you all know that I went to the website and got the
brownie recipe that was mentioned earlier today.
I subsituted white bean flour for the soy flour (my kids don't tolerate
soy) and I used margarine in place of the butter (no dairy either).
The brownies were WONDERFUL. These were the first good brownies I have
made in almost 3 years of the gluten free diet.
A definite hit. My neighbor and her 3 year old daughter loved them and
couldn't tell they were "different".
