Hi

 I am looking for people of different race background other than American for
an Culture Assessment.   This is a school project if anyone wants to help me
out please write to me ASAP today.  I will give you a survey like form to
fill out. This has to do with CD and your heritage OK.  I hope many of you
offer to participate, as medical students and nursing students we need to
know more about CD.  Please try to help me.   This is confidential and you do
