Dear List:
I have not had good luck so far finding gf carob powder.  Below is the reply I received from Sunorganic Farm, a supplier in California.  Does anyone have experience with their product?

"We are very confident that the carob powder is wheat free.  The processor
indicates that it is as well. But because WE do not have control over the
harvesting, handling, and processing of the carob every step of the way,  WE
cannot ABSOLUTELY GUARANTEE that it has no contact with wheat products and
therefore  wheat free.
