My family is taking a cruise this summer to Alaska on Holland America.
I have read and relize that many celiacs have a fabulous time and
experience on cruises.  My question for those of you that have
cruised.....  Who should I question regarding the diet and meal
preparation and what are the critical points I should make.  I know how
to be stern and clear, I just want to know how far I can get them to go
for Me:)
