Thanks for all the responses.

I got a hold of my pharmacist and was given the ok. My daughter is
taking it with no problem. (orally)

Other responses were:

topical is gf.

clindamycin phosphate is gf but not lactose free. This is given as an injection.

Was given it in the hospital and was fine.

two people said the injection form is not gluten free.

A Ph.D. responded and said that it was made by several companies in
generic form. Check ingredients for each individual manufacturer.

 Make sure that you get the information for either the name brand and
the generic as they may be made differently. Then call the manufacturer.

 Clindamycin Phosphate Injection made by Wyeth-Ayerst is not gluten free
but it is lactose free.
