I received so many responses. Thanks to everyone. Here are a few:
Cheesecake Factory- Caesar's
Belaggio's
Avoid the buffets.
Ethel M chocolates are GF (except for the obvious ones like liquor
filled) The butter crunch is our favorite and its GF.
The Luxor has a La Salsa - where i get their (Baja/Sonora) Fish Tacos
without Sauce and just used the limes. They do not add any ingredients -
it's just Corn Tortilla, Fish (mahi mahi), Cabbage, Lime .
International Buffet at Rio
The Outback was recomended--steak, baked potatos, and salad without cheese.
Bertolini's in Ceasars and also at Saraha and Fort Apache--riosito and steak
the Cheesecake Factory in Ceasars--salad, omlets, and other entrees
(didn't memtion the cheesecake)
Landry's was recomended
Denny's--eggs(scrambled and omlets
IHOP--breakfast items
The Cavalier--steak and salad
Palace Station--Carol goes there often and the ched's are very helpful
two people said they eat at most of the buffets ,one said the one at
Bally's is very good they eat salads and "safe" stuff
two people said they eat salad, steak, baked potatoes, green beans, and
broiled fish almost anywere
Shop at Trader Joe's and Wild Oats
Buffet at the Luxor is exceptionally good, particularly for breakfast
before 8 a.m
Ceaser's Palace at the Cheesecake Factory
Buffet at the Rio
Bob's Steakhouse in Summerland, Nev.
Lawry's is awesome, seasonings are GF
Sushi take out place called Sushi on Tropicana
Rosewood Grill on the strip, must ask about flour and breading
Wild Bills Restaurant in one of the hotels
Seafood buffet at the Rio
Thai Spice
Marie Callendar Restaurant
Kiefers Steakhouse, behind the old Aladden
Sahara's buffet
