Okay -
I am a fairly experienced celiac (5 years) but I have a question. Son is
getting married in September. I am the only celiac in the family. How have
some of you dealt with the issue of wedding cakes? I know I could have my
own cake there so that I also had cake to eat. That is not the question.
Has anyone tried to incorporate gluten free cake with the wedding cake?
I guess I am sentimental, but I want to feel like I am eating my son's
wedding cake.
Anyone want to take a stab at this?
