We sure have a smart group out there. To date I received over 40 replies
saying that Garbanzo flour is the same as Chickpea flour. Only 5 replies
ground their own. 2 had the Wisper Mill 2 used a food processor and 1
used a coffee grinder. I tried the food processor . It worked but it was
not as fine as the commercial flour I bought. I went to an East Asian
store which had the Chickpea flour. Many got their flour at Bob`s Red
Mill.
