Hi gang

  Last night I ate some potato chips that I thought were on the list they
were Fat Free WOW and some orange sherbet that did appear to have anything in
it. I am usually always careful I only eat things I know about, but I thought
the chips were low fat Lays my husband bought them after I ate them I
realized the were WOW fat free. He picked up the wrong bag they are both blue
and the same size. Anyway, I have a severe headache on the top of my head and
my stomach is a wreck. I ache all over like I have the flu. Plain and simple
I feel like I have been beat.  My headache is so bad nothing helps it. I took
1000mg Tylenol and a pain pill.  I've had a bad cold anyway so it could be
both working against me. I think it was all those potato chips.

  I am new to all this, so can anyone one tell me if symptoms like this
happen if you eat the wrong food.
