Thank you so much to everyone who took the time to answer my query
about whether you can have fatigue as your only symptom. (I received
35+ posts.)

Everyone who specifically answered the request for info on whether
fatigue can be the only symptom said, "Yes," it can be the only
symptom. Many said it was their only symptom before diagnosis. Others
said it had been the only symptom for quite some time before other
symptoms appeared, or that it was not the only symptom but was among the
symptoms they had before diagnosis. Some took the time to give us a few
details about how the fatigue affected their lives. This has helped my
daughter see there may be an answer to her problems too, if some of the
rest of you found the answer.

Someone suggested Dr. Fine's tests, which we have ordered. His web
site can be found at Finerhealth.

I've read with interest the posts to this list for several years, but
this is the first time I've posted or asked for help. Your response has
been so heartwarming. What a great group of people!

   Thank you, Carol
