Have any of you seen this website?:

It shows diagrams of all the skeletal muscles of the body, what motions
they perform, and all the exercises for each muscle using free weights,
cables, machines, etc. For each exercise there is an animation,
instructions, comments and cautions, and a listing of synergist and
stabilizer muscles. Also shows stretches for every muscle, and has a
great deal of other information about exercise.
Seems like an excellant resource to me. Is there anything else like this
on the internet?
