So many people here have asked for a GF calcium supplement that I thought
I'd offer this suggestion. Since calcium citrate is much easier for people
to assimilate than calcium carbonate, then it might be a good idea to try
Citracal: according to Guide Through the Medicine Cabinet by Stokes
Pharmacy, Citracal or Citracal + D or Citracal Liquitab are all GF and
dairy free. It might be a good idea to try this, even if it is advertised
by Paul Harvey :) -vance

Charles Darwin was a naturalist who wrote the organ of the species.
