I got all kinds of wonderful ideas.. now the fun is to get my picky
eater to touch any of these things.. :) alana

There are some soups that are GF. Canned chicken, bouillon and canned
vegetables will make a "homemade" soup.

Don't forget canned fruit and puddings.

If you freeze hard cheese until needed, it will stay good out of the freezer
for over a week.

Some of the boxed scalloped potatoes are GF but they require a lot of water
to make.

Double seal some GF crackers in plastic so they stay fresh.

How about adding dried fruits? Raisins, apricots, dates, figs, banana chips,
peanuts, peanut butter, popcorn, Kool-aid, tapioca pudding, jello, dried
milk.

What about snak-pak type things-- indivudually packaged fruits, puddings,
etc. Rice cakes would be good

Bush's Original Baked Beans Rice crackers & peanut butter, canned fruits
& veggies, boxed soy or rice beverage, & WATER, WATER, WATER

veggie soup, pates like pate de campagne, stews, baked beans,
peanut butter, jelly, canned individual fruits, tuna

Ener-G foods (www.ener-g.com) has lots of packaged stuff with a ONE
YEAR shelf life, like scones, granola bars, individual packets of bread
with two slices per pack Hormel's premium chunk breast of chicken would
be a good meat to have on hand . I highly recommend the Nature's Path
EnvironKidz Gorilla Munch and Amazon Flakes. Nature's Path Honey'd Corn Flakes

How about Imagine Puddings

AlpineAire makes some GF products. These are wonderful because they come in
a foil lined package with a string on them. Somehow when you pull the
string the meal is heated. www.alpineairefoods.com

cold cereal,
Hormel chili with beans
apple juice

Bev sent me a wonderful document for disaster prepardness which I will post
following this one

Thanks everyone!!
