Hello, I'm new to the list, but not new to the g-f diet(2yrs).  I mail
ordered a gf cookie mix which requires shortening, not butter.  My CSA
guide lists all crisco as gf  However the date is 1995. So I was
wondering if anyone has any more current info from Proctor and Gamble
since they are closed for the weekend.
