Thanks for all the responses to my question on what to do when ordering
tea at a restaurant, or when visiting a friend. The fact that some tea
bags are sealed with glue that contains gluten has been a discussion
subject on the list in the past few weeks.
All suggested that I take my own tea with me when I'm out and about. And
that is what I do when I want hot tea. But here in Texas it's over 100
degrees at this time of the year and we need iced tea! That presents a
problem at restaurants. Do you just take your chances? At a friend's
home, as many suggested, you can ask what brand they use.
I was dying for some iced tea the other day and stopped at a fast food
restaurant to quench my thirst. Just took a chance. Until the subject of
tea bags came up on the list I never had any idea that we had to worry
about that too!!!
God's blessings to you all! Christie
