I received an order in October from Ener-G. I ordered a couple of things I
needed quickly and some potato starch. I left the potato starch in the box
since I didn't need it yet. Today I unpacked the potato starch. 2 of the 1
pound bags were only partially sealed, I was irritated both by the mess and the
cost.
I called Ener-G, the person I spoke with was very nice and did a credit memo so
my account will be credited with the cost. Since I didn't completely check the
order when I received it, I wasn't sure they would do anything. I was a very
happy customer by the time the call ended.
I have no connection to Ener-G except being a happy customer.
