Enjoy traditional holiday baking dairy and gluten-free style. In this
hands-on class, you will make holiday favorites such as sandbuckles,
snickerdoodles, sugar cookies, pumpkin cookies and vegetarian mince meat
pie. They may be dairy and gluten-free, but they taste great and your
family will enjoy these tasty treats! Debra has a lifetime of experience in
making vegetarian and gluten-free meals. She is also working on publishing
a gluten-free cookbook due out in 2001. Note: Bring a container to take
some of your samples home.
