Hi all,
Does anyone have a recipe to make a basic Chinese food sauce Gf that does
not use corn or rice flour or starch as a substitute for cornstarch? So
far potato flour is the only thing I can sub as a thickener and tolerate.
What are other people using?
This partly answers another posters question
about corn too but I believe it to be an allergy rather than
celiac linked, as corn gives me a headache but not a 'typical' gluten
reaction. I have all kinds of food intolerances that i don't know are
linked to celiac but are definitely migraine related (most citrus fruits,
chocolate, wine, bananas etc).
