hi list mates,

I found sweet potato starch in an Asian market today and bought a pound
just for fun.  In searching the net,  I found that sweet potato starch
is used mostly in Asian noodles but  it  can be used in baked goods,
also.  Does anyone have any experience using this flour in baked goods
and if so what can you tell me about its properties?
