I live in Eugene,Oregon and one day I was home in
the middle of the day and just happend to have
the TV on when I saw "personal chef" on tv
telling about her business.I called her up to ask
if she would cook GF.She said "Yes"!I gave her
all my books and web sites.She talked to a dietian
and did other resources on cooking GF.I gave a
dinner for 8 people last Saturday night.She came
in to my kitchen and cooked a GF meal for me and
my guest.We had stuffed endive with
avocado,stuffed mushrooms,beautiful green salad
with cheese and fresh pear added and homemade
dressing,chicken with spinach leaves and tarragon
sauce,rosemary potatoes and stuffed tomatoes with
rice and veggies and to top it all off she had
made meringue shells with chocolate mousse.It was
all very tasty,GF and wonderful! Two of us are CD
and we didnt get sick at all..It was such a nice
evening at home.

So Iam telling you this,to look on your tv or
newspapers for your own personal chef and
enjoy.She is now coming into my home to make me
some meals that I can freeze and have whenever I
dont feel like cooking.So much cheaper to have
her cook than to do a mail order.I also had her
buy all organic and hormone free meat.

new services!
