Dear Antonello,

I both can and can't help a bit. Certainly we've not had
serious problems on Jutland finding places which can
reliably produce GF food. The problem is that we are both
bi-lingual (Karin, my coeliac wife, is Danish and I am
English but lived there for 4.5 years). We would always
discuss the problem in depth in Danish, so I don't know how
good the average restauranteur/hotellier will be with CD/GF
in English or Italian. Also I imagine you are most likely
to be going to Copenhagen and Sealand, which I have only
visited twice in my life!

If you want any specific words (eg for reading ingredients
lists on food) please feel free to come direct to me.

Sadly my wife is suffering from a "nervous breakdown" so I
can't get a lot of help from her just now.

Denmark is a fine place for holidays but not good to try
and live in if you are foreign! That's why we are back in
the UK again.

Regards

David
