Hello again friends!

Like I said, I knew the answer and WOW did I ever have it reinforced!
I received 42 replies in 2 days and 30 people confirmed that rye is a
forbidden grain. 10 felt that the health food worker was confusing celiac
disease with a wheat intolerance and 4 people were downright mad! 5 people
commented negatively about the liver cleanse and 2 people asked me to pass
on any information I received on it (sorry, I got none).

Absolutely every person confirmed that rye is not a gluten free grain! I
will be printing off the Celiac.com list of safe and forbidden foods and
attaching your comments for him so he can see the error of his ways.
Hopefully I can save someone else from being "poisoned". The sad thing is,
I got so exited thinking that this was an easy way out....there simply are
none. Oh well - c'est la vie.
