Hi - a friend (her son is celiac) is moving away & gave me some gf bread
mixes: Odlum's Tritamyl Brown Bread Mix and White Bread Mix from Odlum Group,
Dublin Ireland. It says gluten free right on the side of the bag but the
first ingredient listed is "Wheat starch (Codex alimentarius quality)". I
am not familiar with this brand and would normally have avoided something
that said wheat starch, especially as the first ingredient. Can anyone fill
me in on this? GF or Not GF?
Thanks, Amy G, Chicago, IL, USA
