For people who can tolerate dairy products, I have this good news. I
found these bars in the Health Food Store near us in NJ. They were a
big bar and had about 330 calories, but it looked like something I might
break in two for a snack. There cost was a mere $1.69. I just wrote
the manufacturer of "Steel Bars" and this was our correspondence.
