I will be going to Italy (Venice, Ravenna, Flroence, Siena, Assisi, &
Rome). It is with a tour group so seldom will I have any control in
where I eat. The whole group is served the same thing (usually includes
pasta & breads). Anyone out there who knows what chances I might have
of these people understanding GF if I ask for a substitute, etc. The
tour agency won't let me do anything ahead so it will be a matter of
when we arrive. I can take individual packages of my pasta, and of
course, survival food, but thought maybe there would be ideas for me.
Thanks in advance for any help. - Sharon in KS
