For me....
I have been gluten free for 6+years.Right when I found out
I thought this will be easy.It was a blessing that I
finally found out.I never liked wheat and white flour
products so once I was tiold go off what and gluten,no
sweat.I thought there are alternative flours (rice).I found
lots of companys on the net to order rice products and I
went hog wild ordering.Since that first year i ordered a
few products but have felt alot better so I have had the
energy to bake myself.
Now Iam allergic to multiple food
allergies...rice,eggs,corn and the list keeps on
growing.All I can say is keep rotating your foods.
Maybe that will help,not sure.maybe all of us will have
food allergie...This is just has happen to me
