It calls for you to dip the "buckeye's" in chocolate. She is celiac and isn't quite sure if the coating she got is GF. It is RAINBOW CONFECTIONERY COATING/WAFERS. The ingredients are as follows: sugar, partially hydrogenated palm kernel and cottonseed oils, nonfat dry milk, cocoa, milk, glyceryl lacto esters of fatty acids (huh?), soy lecithin added as an emulsifier, and salt.
