Hi Everyone,

I need some tips on how to store GF bread after I make it.  After my bread
cools, I store it in an airtight plastic bag at room temperature.  It tastes
especially great right out of the oven, and then for a day or two.  After
that, it gets kind of damp and heavy and not as good.

Any tips are appreciated.
