There was a message about gluten-free jam which alarmed me. I'm quite
new to this - have a 3-year-old who was diagnosed a year ago - and I had
no idea that citric acid could be a problem. Could someone fill me in?

While I'm at it - there have been some comments about cheese being a
problem. My daughter is not lactose intolerant - so what should I be
looking out for?

And what about chocolate - are there hidden problems with this too?
