I would recommend 33-50% meat and fat, a large variety of paleo
vegetables, at least 1 serving of fruit a day, some nuts and berries from
time to time, and light exercise 3 times a week or every day if you like.
Don't forget to get the proper balance of fatty acids by eating fish and
other vegetable sources, or range feed meats. We don't cut out all carbs,
for most veggies have them to some degree. The problem with a non-paleo diet
is over carbing on grains.
