Trish - just curious - are you planning to limit ALL of your eating to items
that *everyone* agrees are paleo? You may find yourself very limited,
bored,
and confused, as there is quite a bit of guessing (educated) that goes on
here regarding the acceptability of many foods. A conscientious effort to
eliminate the obvious problem foods is certainly admirable, but I think a
little flexibility would not be a bad thing.

I have found the opposite to be true. Found a new section of the market
when I started this diet. It's called "Fresh Vegetables". There are also
many other types and cuts of meat I never tried until this diet. The only
limits are your imagination, only boring people get bored, and what's so
confusing about finding things to eat, that can be eaten without cooking it
first?
